We use this tasteless collagen powder every day in coffee, or just mixed in soups and water. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and we need to eat it for healthy connective tissue, skin, nails and hair, fast repair of damaged tissue. It's hard to find a good, pure brand of vitamin C without junk fillers, and free from dairy, gluten, GMO products and soy. This is an affordable one we use

For basic digestive support this is a good basic option to enhance absorption of food, reduce intolerance and generally support digestion. Enzymedica has a lot of great options for enzymes, this is a low end affordable, but effective option for around $40 for 1 month supply (1 with each meal)
